Swaraj Engines - Outcome of AGM
Swaraj Engines Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 03, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 100% i.e. Rs. 10.00 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2011.
3. Re-appointment of S/Shri A. M. Sawhney, V. S. Parthasarathy, R. R. Deshpande and Dr. T. N. Kapoor as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Davinder S. Jaaj & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
